You can apply for this health insurance directly to the MassHealth Enrollment Center. 

2. New York

New York Medicaid has expansive coverage, earning its place among the states with the best Medicaid benefits. That includes hospital stays, doctor's visits, rehab, X-rays, nursing home care, and prescriptions.
